Regulations
Domestic Bus Tours:
A deposit of $50 per person is required at the time of making reservation. Final payment is due 7 days prior to departure date, or the reservation will be subject to cancellation and penalty will be applied.
International Air Tours:
A deposit of $300 per person is required at the time of making reservation. Final payment is due 35 days prior to departure date, or the reservation will be subject to cancellation and penalty will be applied.
Cancellations:
Domestic Bus Tours:
Written notice is required 7 days prior to departure date.
*48 hours prior to departure time: No penalty will be applied.
*Within 48 hours prior to departure time: No refund on tour fare.
International Air Tours:
Written notice is required 45 days prior to departure date.
*35 days prior to departure date: 100 per person will be charged.
*15£-34 days prior to departure date: 25£¥ of total price.
*Within 14 days prior to departure date: 50£¥ of total price.
*On departure date or later: 100£¥ of total price.
Included in the tour price:
Air tickets, hotels, meals, admissions, tour escort, and local guide: Please refer to individual itineraries.
Not included in the tour price:
*Personal expenses, such as phone bills, laundry, beverages, mails, insurance, visa fees and excess baggage charge£-£-etc.
*Optional tours and programs.
*Extra fees after leaving from tour group.
*Tips for tour escort, driver and local guide.
*Airport taxes, passports, visa fees (please refer to visa requirement).
*Travel insurance.
Insurance:
All Super Vacation owned tour buses are insured for 5 million dollars.
Revision fees:
A handling fee of 30 per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed on tour buses.
Shopping:
The operator is more than happy to assist you with shopping needs, but is not responsible for goods price and quality. Please retain receipt for future after£- sales correspondence purpose.
Baggage:
Due to limited bus capacity, one baggage and one carry£-on are suggested to be carried. Please refer to individual airlines for dimensions and weight regulation. No responsibility is accepted for loss of or damage to baggage or any of the passengers' belongings. Baggage insurance is recommended.
Number of passengers of tour group:
A tour group will be activated with a minimum of ten passengers. The operator will notify all participants any change of departure date or refund tour fare without interest fourteen days prior to departure.
Responsibilities:
Super Vacation, (hereinafter referred to as °the operator±) acts only in the capacity of agents for hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads or shipping lines providing transportations, hotel accommodations and other services.
If the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the operator, the operator will arrange for the provision of comparable services. Any resulting additional expenses will be payable by tour participants and any resulting savings will be refunded by the operator to tour participants.
All Passports, visas, baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstance the responsibility of the tour participant. Travel insurance is recommended.
The operator, reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, to expel any tour participant from the tour, to make changes in the itinerary whenever the operator deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the tour participants, and to cancel a tour at any time.
The tour participant agrees that neither the operator nor its affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death and property loss) or expenses occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services or of any other person.
There shall be no refund for any unused services provided in the itinerary.
Legal proceedings against the operator may be instituted only in a state or federal court located within the State of California, and must be commenced within one year following the date of tour completion. |
